We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room being very clean and tidy. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym and the 24h business center where we could print our visa application documents for free. The location was ideal, as it was near the airport and the US consulate. We loved the fact that there were stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with the nighttime front entrance Bagboy and the morning room service personnel being particularly outstanding. They made sure we had everything we needed and provided excellent service.

Nice location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed. The hotel itself was in a very nice area, close enough to Tijuana's airport and Tijuana both for business and for leisure.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The price was great and the pool area was clean and had plenty of seating. The hotel provided fresh pool towels and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The restaurant and room service had a wide variety of food selections. The staff, especially the young man in the bar, provided excellent customer service.
